Będzin

Będzin is a small town in southern Poland, located in the Silesian Voivodeship. It is situated on the Będzin Canal, which connects the Vistula and Oder rivers. The town has a population of about 36,000 and is the administrative seat of Będzin County. Będzin is home to the Będzin Castle, a well-preserved medieval castle, and the Będzin Park, a large public park. The town is also the birthplace of the Polish poet Cyprian Kamil Norwid.
