This temple situated in Puthia Bazar of Rajshahi District. It was built on a hing plinth on the southern bank of a large tank. The temple is a 19.81 meter square building and total height is 35.03 meter. It is a Pancha Ratna type building consists of a Garbhagriha and a surrounding verandah.
