My visit to this park was in 2018, it was really fun-filled, interesting, and memorable, but then, there are a few things I observed and I think this is an opportunity to voice out my level of satisfaction and dissatisfaction. First, when my boyfriend and I got to Cochabamba, we took a taxi to Parada de Torotoro. Got an accommodation at the Charcas hostel which was budget-friendly, though there was no Wi-Fi anywhere except in one of the hostels which only lasted for 2 hours, it was hell for me as a freelancer who needed Wi-Fi to do some of my jobs, but then I didn’t really bother much, because we only spent 3 days and 2 nights and I hope they get it right next time because someone like me wouldn’t bother going back without Wi-Fi in place (Smiles). Their tour prices, food, and accommodation were budget-friendly, so I think I enjoyed my stay within the few days I spent. We visited the Vergel waterfall and Mirador. The visit from the waterfall to Mirador was a long day of walking and it wasn't easy, but the hike down all the steps to the waterfall from Mirador was a workout in itself.
Then on the second day, we visited Ciudad de itas and the cavern which was an 8-hour full day that includes cavern equipment, guide, driver, and car). You'll be driven to each location and then walk around.
They have beautiful landscapes and some interesting things to learn about nature. Just bring a packed lunch /snacks, sunscreen, a bathing suit for the waterfall, plenty of water, and a hat, then you are good for a fun-filled adventure.
My experience there is commendable, but need a little fix for my Wi-Fi! (Smiles)
