Fuenlabrada is a Spanish city located in the autonomous community of Madrid. It is situated some 20 km south-west of the city of Madrid, and has a population of around 350,000. The city is home to a number of industries, including the manufacture of automobiles, textiles, and food products. Fuenlabrada is also a major transportation hub, with a busy railway station and a major motorway junction. The city's main square, Plaza de la Constitución, is a popular meeting place, and is surrounded by a number of important buildings, including the town hall and the cathedral.
