Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, the charming town of Vélez-Málaga is a popular destination for visitors to southern Spain. The town is well known for its beautiful Moorish architecture, and its narrow streets and plazas are a joy to explore. There are also some excellent museums in Vélez-Málaga, including the Archaeological Museum and the Museum of Fine Arts. The town is also a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside, including the stunning Grazalema National Park. And of course, there are plenty of great restaurants and tapas bars in Vélez-Málaga to enjoy.
