Herzliya is Israel’s most bourgeois city, home to the country’s financial and high-tech industries. But the city is also a playground for the rich, with sandy beaches, luxury hotels and a buzzing nightlife. The city is bisected by a main drag, Herzliya Pituach, packed with restaurants, cafes and bars. To the north, the city’s more down-to-earth neighbourhoods are home to a vibrant art scene and a large Arab population. The city is also a gateway to some of Israel’s most beautiful beaches, including the trendy Tel Aviv neighbourhood of Florentin.
