Lesotho

Lesotho is a landlocked country in southern Africa. It is bordered by South Africa to the south and east, and by Botswana to the north. The capital and largest city is Maseru and the official language is Sesotho.

The main reasons to visit Lesotho are to enjoy the outdoors, experience the culture, and to see the wildlife. Lesotho is a great place for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. There are also many interesting cultural attractions, such as the Lesotho National Museum, the Basotho Hat Museum, and the Morija Museum and Archives. Lesotho is home to many different animals, including the Lesotho mountain zebra, the black wildebeest, the eland, and the klipspringer. The climate is temperate and the country is relatively safe.

The cuisine of Lesotho is mainly based on stews and porridges. A popular dish is "phutu", a porridge made from maize meal. Other dishes include "moroho", a spinach dish, "tsama", a bean dish, and "bobotie", a meat dish.
