Hrazdan is a small city located in the Kotayk Province of Armenia. It is best known for being the birthplace of the first president of the Republic of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan. The city is also home to the Hrazdan Thermal Power Plant, which is the largest power plant in Armenia.
