Niihama

Niihama is a small city located in the Ehime Prefecture on the island of Shikoku, Japan. The city is best known for its production of high-quality Awa-zushi, a type of sushi made from raw fish and rice. The city is also home to a large number of sake breweries, and visitors can enjoy tours of the breweries and tastings of the sake produced there. Niihama is also home to a large number of temples and shrines, including the popular Iya Valley Temple.
