The island is home to the country's only international airport, Manila's Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Luzon is also home to the country's busiest seaport, the Port of Manila.

Luzon is divided into six regions: Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, and the National Capital Region.
