Krabi is an untamed and rugged coastline located in the southern part of Thailand. It is a place where nature has been left to its own devices, and the results are spectacular. The limestone cliffs and karsts rise out of the emerald-green waters of the Andaman Sea and are home to a wide variety of wildlife, including monkeys, gibbons, and deer. The beaches are secluded and largely unspoiled, with white sand and crystal-clear waters. There are a number of small villages in the area, as well as a few larger towns, and all offer a taste of traditional Thai life. Krabi is also a popular destination for divers and snorkelers, with some of the best coral reefs in the region.
