Liuwa Plain National Park

Liuwa Plain National Park is one of the most remote and pristine landscapes in Africa. The park’s grassy plains, rolling hills and ancient river systems are home to a wide variety of wildlife, including the resident population of wildebeest and zebra that migrate through the area each year. Birdwatchers come from all over the world to marvel at the more than 400 species of birds that have been recorded in the park. Visitors can explore the park on foot, or take a game drive to spot the iconic species of the area, such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas. The stunning sunsets and starry skies make for a magical evening. It’s an experience not to be missed.
