Location and Natural Surroundings

Villa Carlos Paz is situated in the Córdoba mountain range, within the Punilla Valley. The San Antonio River and the Los Chorrillos Stream flow through the city, creating spots for waterside relaxation and activities. The San Roque Lake, a large reservoir, forms the southern border of the city. This body of water adds to the visual appeal of Villa Carlos Paz and provides options for water-based recreation.

The Camino de las Altas Cumbres replaced this road in the 1950s, improving access to the region.
