Liechtenstein’s capital is one of the smallest and most affluent cities in the world. Nestled in the Alps, Vaduz is a picturesque mix of medieval and modern architecture, with a population of just 5,000 people. The city is the political and cultural center of the country and the home of the royal family.

Several castles perched atop the hills and the Liechtenstein National Museum are some of the main attractions. There are also a few art galleries and a number of interesting churches. Vaduz is a great place to wander around, take in the views, and enjoy a coffee or a beer in one of the many cafes and bars.

Average temperatures during the day in Vaduz.
