Nature reserve in Poland

Crooked Forest

The Crooked Forest is a mysterious grove located in the west of Poland. It's made up of around 400 pine trees, all bent at 90 degrees at the base of their trunks. No one is sure how this happened, though there are several theories. Some say the trees were planted this way intentionally, while others believe they were bent by an unknown natural force. Whatever the case, the Crooked Forest is an eerie sight. Surrounded by rolling hills and dense forest, the bent trees stand out in stark contrast. Visitors can explore the area by foot or by bike, and take in the beauty of this unique landscape.
