The skiing is divided on three mountains, Björnrike, Vemdalsskalet and Storhogna Klövsjö. Each offering a unique skiing experience. All areas are also included in the local skipass.
You can find hotels in the area, but in the Swedish mountains renting a cabin or apartment of your own is often a nicer choice. You will find most of the tourist attractions, hotels, cabins and apartments close to Vemdalsskalet. The closer you are to the square, the less you need a car during your stay. During the winter season you can move between the skiing areas via ski bus. Storhogna Högfjällshotell is an absolute must during your stay, and even if you don't stay, the Spa experience or a drink in the winter garden is worth a visit.
