Tokelau is a small set of three atolls in the South Pacific Ocean, halfway between Hawaii and New Zealand. The locals are Polynesian and the culture is heavily based on Christianity. There is not much to do on the islands themselves, but they make a great stopover point on the way to other destinations in the region. The beaches are stunning, the coral reefs are colourful and vibrant, and the locals are friendly and welcoming.
