In general, I have to say that the city is far behind others in Ukraine, mainly through corrupt leaders. The closeness to russia is now added.
It is only good to visit in the warm season, otherwise you will absorb the grayness of being.
There are only 2-3 central streets to explore, few nice parks.
Food is average, but the prices are really great.
