From this residential area, you can hike the Campanario Peak trail, kayak in the lake's eastern arm, or spot Andean condors soaring above the snow-capped mountains. Located 30 kilometers from Bariloche Airport, the village puts you within reach of both the city's restaurants and shops and the wilderness of Nahuel Huapi National Park.

Location and Access

Villa Campanario stretches along Avenida Campanario, 13 kilometers from downtown Bariloche. Your elevated position at 800 meters above sea level gives you views of Nahuel Huapi Lake's eastern arm and the Andes Mountains. The drive to downtown takes 25 minutes. Bus lines 10 and 11 run every 30 minutes between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, with stops at three points along Avenida Campanario.

Accommodation Options

The area has three main cabin types on individual 3000-square-meter plots, separated by native pine forests. Cabin 1 fits four guests with one bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, and one bathroom. Cabin 2 accommodates seven people across two bedrooms plus a convertible sofa bed in the living area. Cabin 3, the largest option, has space for nine guests with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living area.

Amenities and Services

The kitchens include a four-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, and essential cookware. Each cabin has a smart TV with Netflix access, 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, and a stone-built barbecue grill in the yard. The front desk operates 24/7, where staff can book local activities like skiing at Cerro Catedral (20-minute drive) or hiking guides for nearby trails.

Practical Information

Check in from 3:00 PM and check out by 11:00 AM. Each cabin has two designated parking spaces. The properties welcome pets without additional charges. All buildings maintain a no-smoking policy. You'll find free cribs for infants, and the reception can arrange airport transfers or car rentals. Local grocery stores and restaurants are within a 5-minute drive at Villa Los Coihues.
