Wagga Wagga is a relaxed and welcoming riverside town in the Australian state of New South Wales. Nicknamed “the Wag”, the city is best known as the home of Charles Sturt University and the Riverina Institute of TAFE. The city centre is characterised by wide streets, parks and gardens, and a mix of historic and modern buildings. The Murrumbidgee River flows through the city, and the Wagga Wagga Botanic Gardens are a popular tourist attraction. The city is also home to the Wagga Wagga Agricultural Show, one of the largest agricultural shows in Australia. Wagga Wagga is a great place to live and work, and is also a popular destination for tourists.
