Klampenborg is a small, upmarket town on the outskirts of Copenhagen, Denmark. It is known for its stately homes, large gardens and proximity to the Danish capital. Klampenborg is a popular destination for Copenhageners seeking a respite from the city, and is home to a number of restaurants, cafes and bars. The town is also home to a small amusement park, Dyrehavsbakken, and a racecourse.
Klampenborg was my favorite place to get away from the city, when I studied in Copenhagen. Taarbæk, a small town just couple of minutes walk away, breathes with the ocean and has it's unique magic.
But the best part is Dyrehave, huge park with hundreds of deer running around you! It's nature lover's and photographers dream. It would be a lovely place to relax even without the animals, but they make this park into something special for me.
