Bosa is a small city in the north-west of Sardinia, Italy. It is located on the Tyrrhenian Sea, about halfway between the regional capital of Sassari and Alghero. The city is known for its medieval castle, the Buoncammino Tower, and for its colorful houses, built in the local sandstone. The historic center of Bosa is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
