Sansepolcro is a small town in the province of Arezzo, Tuscany, Italy. It is located in the Valdichiana, on the slopes of the Apennines, and is known for its art and for the Battle of Anghiari, fought here in 1440. The town is also home to the Ferruccio Lamborghini Museum, dedicated to the founder of the Lamborghini car company.
The town's main attraction is the Basilica of Sansepolcro, built in the Romanesque style. The church contains a number of artworks, including a painting by Piero della Francesca, the Madonna and Child with Saints (1452). The town is also home to the Palazzo Comunale, the Civic Tower, and the Museo della Battaglia di Anghiari.
