Tucked away in the rolling hills of southern Sardinia, Settimo San Pietro is a hidden gem of a town. With a population of just over 5,000, the town is home to a tight-knit community of locals who take great pride in their traditions and history. The main square is a typical example of a small Italian town, with a church at one end and a fountain in the centre. Surrounding the square are a number of small shops and restaurants, as well as a couple of bars.
