Susa is a small town in the Piedmont region of northwest Italy, in the Susa Valley. It is the principal town of the Susa Valley. The town is located at the confluence of the Dora Riparia and the Chisone rivers, some 70 kilometres (43 mi) west of Turin. It is surrounded by the Graian Alps. Susa is a well-known winter sports resort.
