Bunkyo is one of Tokyo’s 23 wards, located in the central part of the metropolis. The ward is home to Tokyo Dome and a number of universities, including the University of Tokyo, Rikkyo University, and Hosei University. The area is also well known for its traditional architecture and gardens.
