Weesp is a small, but picturesque town on the river Vecht in the province of North Holland in the Netherlands. It has been inhabited since the 10th century and has a long and varied history. The town is well known for its many bridges, lovely canals and 16th century architecture. It is a popular tourist destination and is home to the Dutch National Railway Museum.
