Biberach an der Riß is a small town in the Swabian Jura of southern Germany. It’s best known for its production of Biberacher Riesling, a white wine that’s considered one of the country’s best. The town is also home to a handful of churches, including the Gothic St. Martin’s Church, and a few interesting museums, including the Eisenbahnmuseum (Railway Museum) and the Spielzeugmuseum (Toy Museum). There’s not much to do in Biberach an der Riß, but that’s part of its charm. The town is a great place to relax, wander the streets, and enjoy a good glass of wine.
