Piekary Śląskie

Piekary Śląskie is a small city in southern Poland, located in the Silesian Voivodeship. It is best known for its coal mines, which have been in operation since the 14th century. The city has a long and rich history, and is home to a number of interesting landmarks, including the Kopalnia Guido coal mine, the Guido Coal Mine Museum, and the St. Hedwig’s Church. Piekary Śląskie is also a great place to enjoy nature, with a number of parks and forests located nearby.
