Serra de São Mamede

Serra de São Mamede Natural Park, located in the Alentejo region of Portugal near the Spanish border, is an area known for its biological diversity and historical villages. It has a combination of Mediterranean and Atlantic climates, supporting a wide variety of plant and animal species.

At an elevation ranging from 300 to 1,025 meters (984 to 3,363 feet), Serra de São Mamede has a range of ecosystems.
