Lofsdalen is about the 10th most popular skiing resort in Sweden, the village is situated in Härjedalen, about 500 kilometers from Stockholm. It offers the perfect winter experience, with large skiing area with about 25 slopes of different level of difficulty. If you prefer cross country skiing, Lofsdalen has 122 km of well-maintained cross-country tracks and 150 km of marked trails. The ski tracks of Lofsdalen are suitable for both elite and beginners. If you would like to go snowmobiling, Lofsdalen offers great tracks and the possibility to rent a machine with a local guide. The younger family members will love to meet the blue bear Loffe who join the kids for skiing and playing. In the summer and autumn seasons Lofsdalen transforms to a mecca for cycling and hiking. You should definitely add Lofsdalen to you bucket list if you’re heading to the north of Sweden.
