Skagen

Where oceans come to meet up.

Skagen is Denmark’s northernmost town, and perhaps its most picturesque. Perched on the tip of the country’s Jutland peninsula, the town’s whitewashed houses, red tile roofs and rolling sand dunes make for an unforgettable sight. The town is also home to some of the country’s best beaches, as well as a wealth of art galleries and museums. Don’t miss the opportunity to wander the narrow streets and alleyways, or to take a walk out to the lighthouse at Grenen, the point where the North Sea and the Baltic Sea meet.
