Delos is an ancient Greek island, located in the centre of the Cyclades archipelago, about halfway between Mykonos and Naxos. It is one of the most important mythological, historical and archaeological sites in Greece. According to mythology, it was the birthplace of Apollo and Artemis. The archaeological site is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
