Gonnosfanadiga is a small town in the province of South Sardinia, Italy. It is located in the hills of the Monte Linas massif, in the territory of the municipality of Villacidro. The town is known for the production of Cannonau, a high-quality red wine.
The town is built around the ruins of the ancient Roman city of Gonnos, which was destroyed by the Arabs in the 9th century. The town was rebuilt in the 14th century, and took its current name.
Gonnosfanadiga is a popular tourist destination, thanks to its beautiful countryside and the many wine-cellars located in the town.
