Montenegro
Montenegro is a small country located in the Balkans. It is bordered by Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo, and Albania. Montenegro has a long history dating back to the Roman Empire. Montenegro was once part of Yugoslavia, but became an independent country in 2006.
Montenegro is a beautiful country with a diverse landscape. There are mountains, forests, and beaches. Montenegro is a great place to go hiking, camping, and skiing in the winter. The during the summer the coastline along the Adriatic Sea is one of the country's main attractions and a great place to go swimming, sailing, and windsurfing.
Montenegro is known for its food and the cuisine is a mix of Mediterranean and Balkan influence. Some of the most popular dishes are cevapi (a grilled meat dish), burek (a baked pastry filled with meat or cheese), pršut (Montenegrin Prosciutto), and pljeskavica (a grilled meat patty). Montenegro is also known for its wines.
